- Credits are deducted once per result, reprocessing or re-downloading the same file is free.
- Video: starts from 1 credit per minute at 1080p, 24fps, 1× scale. 2× scale or 120fps doubles the rate; previews (first 3s) cost ~0.1–0.3 credit.
- Scale (2× · 4× · 8×): upscaling tools deduct credits by the output scale you choose.
- Image resolution (≤4K · 4K): standard input up to 4K uses the lower rate; 4K output uses the higher rate.

No. Web app credits and API credits are separate. For API access, subscribe to an API plan from your account dashboard.
If you've used up your monthly credits, pick a credit pack and select Pay as you go at checkout. Pay-as-you-go is a one-time purchase, no subscription required, and the credits stay valid for a year.
Yes. VanceAI never stores credit card data. All payments are processed through Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify.
Yes. Photos must be under 34 megapixels, 10MB, and 8000 pixels on the longest side. Files that exceed any of these limits get resized or compressed automatically before processing.

Credits unlock the AI features across VanceAI's web app and VanceAI for PC. Processing or downloading an image costs 1 to 3 credits depending on the tool used, and repeated downloads of the same image only cost credits once. Subscription credits roll over each month as long as you stay subscribed. Pay-as-you-go credits stay valid for a year.
Credits expire when your subscription ends. The subscription auto-renews each month as long as your card has enough funds, so make sure the card on file stays active to avoid losing your credits.
For subscriptions, you're charged on the same day each month (for monthly plans) or the same day each year (for annual plans). For pay-as-you-go, you're charged once at the time of purchase.
