  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime.To cancel subscription, you can log in with your account and go to Dashboard. Click "Unsubscribe" button below and follow the instructions to cancel the plan. After you cancel it, you can keep using the left credits before the subscription expires.

  • Can I use credits bought here in API?

    No, credits of the website are different from those of API. If you want to access the API service, please pay for the subscription plan of API from the user center after login.
     

  • I want to have more credits. What should I do?

    If you run out of your monthly credits and still need more, you can choose the credit plan you want, and then choose Pay As You Go on Checkout page. Pay As You Go is a one-time purchase plan, no subscription required.

  • Is it secure to pay on the website?

  • Is there any limit after subscriptions?

    Yes. For the paid user, there are just some limits on the size and dimensions of a photo you will upload. The dimensions (width x height) and the size of the photo you want to upload should be less than 34 Megapixels and 10MB, respectively. Otherwise, the photo exceeding the limits will be resized or compressed before it is uploaded.

  • My payments are not working. What should I do?

  • What should I do if my credits are cleared?

    Credits will be cleared after your subscription expires. But the subscription will be renewed so long as there is enough money on your card. Please make sure your card has enough money to finish the payment.

  • When will I be charged?

    It depends on the plan you choose. If choosing subscription, you will be charged on the same day next month or year.
