How long does it take to process an image?

The time it takes to process an image depends on the image size and resolution, as well as the number of current tasks queuing for the AI to handle. Generally, the larger the image size and resolution, the longer time it will take for processing.

For example, upscaling an image of 1280 x 720px by 200% usually takes 5 seconds, while it will take more than 20 seconds even over 30 seconds to enlarge a 4320 x 2160px image by 200%.

And if there are a large number of tasks waiting for the cloud server to handle, it will naturally take longer to process an image. 

But no worries about the processing time. Once the processing starts, it will not interrupt even if you closed the page by accident. And the processed images will go to your Processed list once the task is completed. You can log in to your account and download them anytime within 24 hours of your task.

We will monitor the servers 24 hours a day to make sure you can always have a good experience using our products. In the meantime, we will continue adding more servers to shorten the image processing time.
