What if the subscription renewal failed?
Subscription renewal failure may result from credit card limit reached, credit card expiration or risk control policies on the issuing bank side. Paddle, as our payment service provider, will try to deduct the subscription fee again in this case. If the second deduction fails, Paddle will try again in 3 days. If the third deduction still fails, Paddle will make the last attempt in another 3 days. If all attempts fail, your subscription status will become paused.
You can no longer access the services on our website once your subscription is paused.
